Booking and payment
The deposit to be paid upon confirmation of the reservation is 30% of the total amount, but the balance is paid directly on the day of the check-in. In the case of a missing deposit, after three (3) days from the date of confirmation of availability, the room will be available again to accept other reservations. The reason for the payments, the name of the booking person and the booking period should be written when possible. Before confirming the booking, we invite guests to read our internal regulations.
Cancellation
If the customer decides to cancel a reservation with Lo Zizzolo B&B, he must notify him by e-mail or telephone. In this case, the following rules might apply:
- In the case of cancellations or changes made up to 14 days before the expected date of arrival, the advance payment will be refunded in full.
- In the case of cancellations or changes beyond this period, or if the customer does not appear, the deposit will not be refunded and the customer will not be charged for any additional amount.
- Lo Zizzolo Bed & Breakfast does not respond to cancellations due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, fires, wars or social policy events).
Rules of the B&B Lo Zizzolo
The rules to be observed in our B&B are not just the ones prescribed by law, but above all those that are commonplace through a healthy understanding of the people and mutual respect. The customer, who is required for improper use, neglect or damage to the structure, its equipment or items, which must be replaced, repaired or extra cleaned, is asked for payment. The Italian law applies to legal matters.
- The rooms can be occupied from 14:00 to 20:00, except for special needs of the guests. Please let us know delay of your departure and arrival times.
- Upon arrival at the B&B, valid identity documents (passport, identity card) are required to be provided for the applications by the applicable laws. The data of our guests are treated according to the current data protection regulations.
Failure to comply with this obligation constitutes a violation of the Criminal Code and allows us to demand immediate departure from the B&B.
- The guests get the keys of the house and can go freely in and out.
- Breakfast is served between 08:00 and 10:30.
- On the day of your departure, the rooms must be vacated by 10.00 am to allow the cleaning staff to carry out the cleaning.
- Room and bathroom cleaning is done daily. Bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days, or as desired.
- On the day of departure, guests can leave their luggage at the reception.
The B&B does not accept any responsibility for the loss, theft or damage to your property in the premises and will not be liable for any damage to persons or property to or from third parties.
- Smoking inside is not allowed. Compliance with this simple rule arises from the need to protect those who do not smoke or the next guests, as well as a fire-prevention standard.
- It is strictly forbidden to get visits and additional guests, except those who stay there.
- In the rooms it is forbidden to prepare and consume meals. Use of the kitchen and dishes is prohibited except in special agreements.
- It is recommended to use the toilet properly, and to flush only toilet paper. We remember the waste baskets for the rest of the toilet articles. It is also recommended to turn off lights and air conditioners when you leave the room.
- Please close the windows if heating or air conditioning is in use and we ask you to maintain a reasonable temperature in the room.
- Please do not leave any chargers on the sockets when you are absent.
- Any damage should be communicated immediately to the manager and be paid.
- Guests have to pay the keys when they loose their keys.
We do not react to any interference from a complete or partial lack of power, water, telephone line or internet connection, if it does not depend on our structure.
